Joe Wicks is a teacher in the UK who teaches a 30 minute class every day (M-F). He has students from across the globe joining his class from their homes. He actually teaches the class every day at 9 AM, however he is 5 hours ahead of our time zone so that would be 4 AM for us!
The classes are all recorded, so you can do the daily workout whenever it fits into your schedule.
All you need is a space you can move in, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes (but probably can be done barefoot). Also have some water nearby as you will probably need it when he gives you a break.
I suggest that you start with his first class which was Monday March 23rd to "meet" Joe. Head's up too, just before he started these classes he fell off of his bike and broke a bone in his hand that required surgery. He doesn't let that slow him down. He modifies his exercises for you and gives a couple of different versions of several of the exercises. After the first class you can proceed with other classes as you desire. You will learn things about other countries along the way and enjoy his accent too! Give it a try, I think you will enjoy this link.
I did the first workout with him and really enjoyed it. I will be tuning in on a regular basis myself.
4/2 update: I did his workout today and plan to do it each day. I would love to hear from you if you use this link and let me or your teacher know what you think. I am going to try to get them to do this too! His little daughter came in the room at the end of today's class.
4/3 update: I just finished today's workout. Spiderman showed up to teach the class and all of the exercises had a "Spidy" theme. It was another great workout. Keep in mind as "Joe" leads the class he is wearing a full costume and talking non-stop! I got hot and thirsty and I wasn't doing any of that.
